• 1 packet of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/4 cup of honey images
  • 12 small ice-cream cones
  • 1 bar of white chocolate
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 bag of small coloured decorations (such as smarties or m&m)


  1. Take a sheet of baking paper and line a baking dish with it;
  2. Place the sandwich cookies on the baking paper;
  3. Melt the bar of dark chocolate and the white one in a bain-marie;
  4. Dip the cones in the two chocolates until they are completely covered;
  5. Take them out and let them dry on a rack;
  6. Put a small dab of honey on each sandwich biscuit;
  7. Stick a cone to the middle of each cookie;
  8. Use sprinkles to decorate the cones to your taste.
